Leadership Impact = Clarity Provided – Complexity Created

Most “leaders” have a negative leadership score.

→ Cloud “vision” with corporate BS instead of claryfing it.
→ Transform simple decisions into endless meetings.
→ Shift priorities before the last ones were even understood.
→ Can’t tell the difference between “priorities” and PRIORITIES.
→ Mistake activity for progress.
→ Confuse “being busy” with being productive.
→ ADD bureaucratic complexity when they should be REMOVING it
→ Mistake “adding their finger prints” for adding value.

The best leaders don’t just “set priorities:”
They ELIMINATE everything else.

They know the difference between URGENT and IMPORTANT.

Leadership isn’t about doing MORE things.
It’s about making sure the RIGHT things are the ONLY things.
