Productivity vs. Serendipity
We’re all so obsessed with “productivity,” but WHAT IF we should be optimizing for SERENDIPITY instead?
Think about it…
→ Those people who changed everything and who you met “by chance.”
→ The brilliant idea that came to you mid-walk, not while checking off your task list.
→ The perfect opportunity you “stumbled upon” precisely because you weren’t “on track.”
→ The friendship (or love story) that started with a simple “sure, why not?”
→ That “wasted” hour that led to your most valuable realization.
→ The unforgettable memory that only exists because you said “yes” to something unexpected?
→ The life-changing decision you made after a stranger’s casual comment.
→ The career-defining project that began as a joke over drinks.
The best things in work and life often don’t come from rigid plans.
They appear when we leave space for luck, curiosity, and the unexpected.
Enjoy the weekend,
Gaetan
